Job Description: 

Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions to Receive and dispatch orders for products or deliveries 
Prioritize calls according to urgency and importance 
Work activities such as invoice generation, vehicle arrangement, customer follow up, ensuring deliveries etc. 
Monitor the route and status of products to coordinate and prioritize their schedule.


 Also, share any references as we are having multiple positions for the same.
